Return and exchange policy

Thank you for choosing Langka. We strive to ensure that you have a seamless experience with our return and exchange process.

1. HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

1.1. You must return the product at your own expense. The shipping arrangements must be made by you.

1.2. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If it meets the requirements, you will receive a credit for an exchange with another item of equal or higher value (any additional cost must be covered by the customer). Refunds in cash or to the original payment method are not available.

1.3. Returns are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition. If the returned product does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

1.4. The returned product must include its original packaging and be properly protected. Please ensure you complete the return form via the link provided on the return card included in your package. If you cannot access the link, please contact us for assistance.

1.5. You have 5 days from the delivery date to return the product.

1.6. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

1.7. We highly recommend recording a video when unboxing your package as proof in case of any product-related issues.
2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT

2.1 Defective or Faulty Products

If you have any questions or complaints regarding a product, please contact us at administration@langka.store
We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping, so defects are rare. However, if you receive a faulty product, please notify us immediately upon discovering the defect and return it within 5 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

* You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.

* The product will be inspected at our warehouse and forwarded to the manufacturer for further assessment. If the defect is due to a manufacturing error, we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply). If the defect is due to customer mishandling, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

* Products categorized as "Clearance Items" are not eligible for return or size exchange.

* The product must be returned with its original packaging. If the internal packaging is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged. If the outer bag is lost or damaged, you must use another box to protect the internal packaging.
You have 5 days from the delivery date to return faulty items to our warehouse.

2.2 Change of Mind

We accept returns for most products within the regions we ship to, provided the product is returned within 5 days of delivery. However, items unsealed and used for hygiene purposes cannot be returned.

Important Notes:

* You are responsible for the return shipping costs and will not receive a cash refund. Instead, you may exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value (any additional cost must be covered by the customer).

* Products categorized as "Clearance Items" are not eligible for return or size exchange.

* The product must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original state). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

* The product must be returned with its original packaging. If the internal packaging is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged. If the outer bag is lost or damaged, you must use another box to protect the internal packaging.
You have 5 days from the delivery date to return the product to our warehouse.

2.3 Size Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired size.

Important Notes:

* You must arrange the return shipping yourself and cover all related costs.

* Cash refunds are not available; instead, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value (additional costs apply if necessary).

* Products categorized as "Clearance Items" are not eligible for return or size exchange.

* The product must be in perfect condition for the exchange to be accepted. If the product does not meet our criteria, the exchange will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

* The product must be returned with its original packaging. If the internal packaging is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged. If the outer bag is lost or damaged, you must use another box to protect the internal packaging.
You have 5 days from the delivery date to return the product for a size exchange.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it before processing the exchange. The exchange process will take up to 7 working days.

We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package as proof in case of any issues.
